Oxbow's library offers a variety of adult and children programming. There are public access computers (internet), and inter-library loans give individuals access to all provincial libraries and their collections.

The conference room is available to community non-profit organizations at no charge. It can be rented by others at $35 per day with kitchen access $5 extra. Contact the library to reserve the conference room or for more information!
